What’s the role?
Based out of our Perth Office the Sea Freight Query Operator is primarily responsible for ensuring the effective management of our sea freight query channel. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining an up-to-date record of job notes, job changes, client requests and query responses in relation to sea cargo.
In this role you will liaise across various departments as well as with drivers when resolving queries, and provide assistance to despatch by allocating jobs to drivers in a manner that is efficient and cost-effective.
